Subject: Request to Discourage the Use of Caste Names as Child Names

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you in this Chadhayam day as a concerned citizen deeply committed to the ideals of social harmony, equality, and national unity and integration.

Despite the progressive legal framework and various initiatives taken by the Government of India to eradicate caste-based discrimination, the practice of using caste names as part of children's names continues to perpetuate casteism and social stratification. This practice undermines the unity and integrity of our nation and stands in stark contrast to the constitutional values of equality and non-discrimination.

Cast disaster is the all time failure of Bharat. Rejuvenation of Bharat should start from the elimination of cast.  Lot and lot of Bharathiyans converted in to foreign religions not because they were afraid of the sword of some foreigners, but afraid of the caste here itself. The result was a thousand years of foreign slavery and the slaughter of crores of Hindus during this period by Islamic Invaders. Still Indians fleeing to foreign religions is a threat to the security, unity and integrity of our Motherland. The ground beneath our feet is still being washed away(Recent Example is 3,000 Dalits to convert to Islam in Nadur, Coimbatore). The only way to stop it is the Jati Eradication Yajna - Jati Mukta Bharat started by Narayanaguru ("We have no caste", "Don't ask caste, Don't tell caste") and Vivekananda ("A place where the caste exists is a lunatic asylum", "those with caste should be seen only with disgust and hatred", "Every man going out of the Hindu pale is not only a man less, but an enemy the more."). It is enough for us to eliminate this caste which has no significance anywhere in Indian science. Varna is there but it is purely based on guna-karma and is achievable to anyone.

Moreover, the Vedanta, a foundational philosophical text of Hinduism, does not mention the caste system, underscoring that caste-based distinctions are not intrinsic to Hindu philosophy but are social constructs.

While existing laws, such as the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, provide robust protection against caste-based discrimination and insult, additional measures are necessary to address the root cause of casteism. To further promote social equality and harmony, I respectfully request your esteemed office to consider the following measures:

1. Public Awareness Campaign: Initiate a nationwide public awareness campaign against the practice of using caste names as part of child names or organization names.

2. Policy Formulation and Implementation: Formulate and implement policies or guidelines that discourage the use of caste names in personal identities or organization identities.

3. Disqualification from Key Positions: Implement measures to disqualify individuals with caste names from admission to schools, government jobs, voting, elections and positions such as Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Member of Parliament (MP), and ministerial posts.

4. Progress Report: Ensure regular reporting on the steps taken to promote social equality and discourage caste-based discrimination.

5. A public interest litigation regarding.

These measures will help foster a more inclusive and egalitarian society, aligned with the vision of a united and harmonious Bharat.
