  ഭക്തിയിലൂടെ അദ്വൈതാനുഭവം നമസ്കാരം... അദ്വൈതം എന്ന വാക്ക് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ... പലപ്പോഴും നമ്മുടെ മനസ്സിൽ വരുന്നത് ഒരു വലിയ തത്ത്വചിന്തയാണ്. "ആത്മാവും ബ്രഹ്മവും ഒന്നാണ്..." "രണ്ടില്ല..." എന്നൊക്കെ നമ്മൾ കേൾക്കാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ... അദ്വൈതം കേവലം ഒരു തത്ത്വശാസ്ത്രമാണോ? അതോ... അനുഭവിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന ഒന്നാണോ? അദ്വൈതത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ചേരാൻ ജ്ഞാനമാർഗ്ഗം മാത്രമാണോ? അല്ല. ഭക്തിയിലൂടെയും അദ്വൈതാനുഭവത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ചേരാം. ഭക്തിയോഗം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത് ഒരു ചെറിയ ബോധത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ്... "ഞാൻ ഭക്തൻ... അവിടുന്ന് ഭഗവാൻ." ഞാനും ഭഗവാനും രണ്ടാണ്. ഞാൻ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു... ഭഗവാൻ സ്നേഹിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഞാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു... ഭഗവാൻ കേൾക്കുന്നു. ഞാൻ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നു... ഭഗവാൻ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നു. ഇതാണ് ഭക്തിയുടെ ആരംഭം. പക്ഷേ... ഭക്തി കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ ആഴത്തിലേക്ക് പോകുമ്പോൾ എന്താണ് സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്? ആദ്യം... ഭക്തൻ ഭഗവാനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു. പിന്നീട്... ഭക്തൻ തന്റെ ജീവിതം ഭഗവാന് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നു. അതിനുശേഷം...  The important shift is: **Advaita is not primarily a doctrine to accept; it is an inquiry and a way of living that can lead to direct recognition of the Self.** ### How can one experience Advaita? In simple terms, the journey can be understood in four complementary paths: **1. Through Karma — Work** Do your work sincerely, but gradually reduce attachment to the result. When action becomes an offering rather than a means of strengthening the ego—“I did this, I achieved this”—the mind becomes quieter. **2. Through Bhakti — Worship** Begin with devotion to Īśvara. As devotion deepens, the separation between *“I”* and *“the Divine”* can become thinner. Ultimately, the seeker asks: **Who is this “I” that is seeking God?** **3. Through Yoga — Inner discipline** Observe the body, breath, senses, thoughts and emotions. Instead of being controlled by every thought and reaction, learn to observe them. നമസ്കാരം... ജീവിതത്തിൽ നമ്മൾ പലതും പഠിക്കുന്നു... പണം സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നു... വീട് പണിയുന്നു... സ്വത്ത് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു... പദവികളും അംഗീകാരങ്ങളും നേടുന്നു... അറിവും അനുഭവവും സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നു... ബന്ധങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു... അങ്ങനെ... ജീവിതം മുഴുവൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും നേടിക്കൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുന്നു. പക്ഷേ... ഒരു ദിവസം... നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ അവസാന നിമിഷം എത്തുമ്പോൾ... നമ്മൾ ഇതുവരെ പഠിച്ച അറിവിന്... നമ്മൾ സമ്പാദിച്ച പണത്തിന്... നമ്മുടെ സ്വത്തിനും... പദവിക്കും... അംഗീകാരങ്ങൾക്കും... നമ്മെ സംരക്ഷിക്കാൻ കഴിയുമോ? നമ്മൾ സമ്പാദിച്ചതിൽ ഒന്നും... നമ്മോടൊപ്പം വരുമോ? ഇവിടെയാണ്... വേദാന്തത്തിന്റെ പ്രസക്തി ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്. വേദാന്തം നമ്മോട് ചോദിക്കുന്നത്... "നീ എന്താണ് സമ്പാദിച്ചത്?" എന്നല്ല. "നീ ആരാണ്?" എന്നാണ്. നമ്മൾ സാധാരണ പറയാറുണ്ട്... "എന്റെ ശരീരം..." "എന്റെ മനസ്സ്..." "എന്റെ ചിന്തകൾ..." "എന്റെ അറിവ്..."
